Overview

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the jaea9 platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, and related features. They constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and jaea9. These Terms apply to all users accessing jaea9 from Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.

jaea9 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page regularly to stay informed of any updates.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To use jaea9, all of the following eligibility conditions must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jaea9 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Minors are expressly prohibited from accessing, registering, or playing on this platform.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false identity details is a violation of these Terms and may lead to account termination and forfeiture of any winnings.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local regulations before participating.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of jaea9 or any of its affiliated game providers. Such individuals are ineligible to participate in real-money gameplay.

2. Account Registration & Management

Creating and maintaining an account on jaea9 is subject to the following rules. Players are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their registered account.

Account Rules

• Each player is permitted to maintain only one account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension.
• Players must keep login credentials confidential. You are fully responsible for all actions taken using your credentials. Immediately notify [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• jaea9 may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time, including a national ID, passport, or utility bill. Failure to comply with a KYC request within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction.
• Players may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion options are available as part of jaea9's responsible gaming commitment.

Account Security

jaea9 employs SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your account. However, players are equally responsible for maintaining strong, unique passwords and avoiding access from unsecured networks. jaea9 will never ask for your password via email or chat.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

jaea9 offers fast and secure financial transactions exclusively in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). We support the most widely-used mobile banking and payment solutions available to players across Bangladesh.

Deposit Policy

• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• All deposits are credited to your account in real time upon successful payment confirmation. jaea9 does not charge additional fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in your account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may trigger an account review or suspension.

Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-72 hours, subject to successful KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses. Pending bonuses must be resolved before withdrawal can be approved.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices.
• jaea9 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure designed to protect all players on the platform.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

jaea9 offers various promotional incentives including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events like BPL and IPL. All promotions are governed by the following conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the individual promotion page. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus promotion is designed for one-time use per player. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — through duplicate accounts or any other means — is considered fraud and will result in account termination.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion may only be used on specified slot games. Any winnings from free spins will be credited as bonus funds, subject to the same wagering requirements as standard bonuses.
• jaea9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion will be given reasonable notice of any material changes.
• Bonuses and promotional funds may not be transferred between accounts. Bonus balances hold no cash value and cannot be sold, assigned, or otherwise transferred to another player or third party.

5. Responsible Gaming & Prohibited Conduct

Player Protection Tools

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their accounts to control spending. These limits take effect immediately when lowered and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when raised.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent closure. During this period, the account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease.
• Reality checks: Players may opt in to periodic session reminders that notify them of how long they have been actively playing. These alerts encourage informed decision-making and healthy play habits.
• Time-out: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, no deposits, bets, or logins will be permitted.

Prohibited Conduct

• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating between players is strictly prohibited. jaea9 employs fraud detection technology and cooperates with game providers to identify and act upon any irregular activity.
• The use of automated bots, scripting tools, exploit software, or any artificial means to gain an unfair advantage on the platform is forbidden. Accounts found using such tools will be permanently banned and all winnings forfeited.
• Any attempt to launder money through jaea9 — including depositing funds for purposes other than genuine gameplay — will be reported to relevant authorities. jaea9 maintains strict AML and KYC procedures in compliance with applicable standards.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

jaea9 takes the privacy and security of your personal data seriously. All information collected during registration and ongoing use of the platform — including your name, contact details, and financial data — is stored securely using SSL encryption and is never sold to third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jaea9 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand marks, game graphics, promotional materials, software, and text — is the exclusive intellectual property of jaea9 or its licensed content partners. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of any jaea9 content is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for personal and recreational purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jaea9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform. Specific exclusions include, but are not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain adequate password security or has shared their credentials with a third party.
• Service interruptions, downtime, technical errors, or data loss caused by events beyond jaea9's reasonable control, including but not limited to power failures, internet outages, or acts of God.
• Any losses incurred as a result of a player's voluntary decision to gamble. Players acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk, and jaea9 cannot be held responsible for any losses arising from gameplay.

9. Amendments to These Terms

jaea9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jaea9 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.

Your continued use of jaea9 following any posted amendments constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any revised Terms, your sole recourse is to immediately stop using the platform and close your account.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of jaea9, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through jaea9's internal customer support and dispute resolution process. Players are encouraged to submit any complaint by contacting [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue. jaea9 will endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached internally, players retain the right to pursue any remedies available to them under applicable law.
